We worked for providing health care services and organizing a health camp at Tarwani Khurd, Sadar, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. The programme focused on offering basic health check-ups, medical consultation, and awareness on general health and hygiene for all community members. Health professionals and volunteers guided participants on preventive care, proper nutrition, and healthy lifestyle practices. The initiative aimed to improve community health, promote awareness, and ensure better access to essential health services for all.
